I am in college studying police science and my professor told the class about female lawyers can be aggressive when cross examining the rape accuser,and male criminals want female defense lawyers.That is what my proffesor said do you agree with him?
Likely if a woman is the defense attorney she plants a subliminal message in the minds of the jury that she is not afraid of her client, it is even better if she is seen by the jurors reaching over and patting his shoulder or grasping his hand reassuringly during some really bad testimony.
It is better if it is a stranger rape, if the issue is whether or not it was this person it is probably more effective than if the issue is whether or not there was a consensual sexual encounter.

In massachusetts, how much does a dui lawyer cost for a first offense dui case? How do you appeal a due refusal of a breath test within the first 15 days. how can you get your license back at this hearing? is it even worth goin to the that first hearing?
